Kristen was so easy to work with - she took the stress and uncertainty away that can arise in a situation such as buying a house. She was always available to answer our questions and explain the documents we were reviewing. I truly don't believe purchasing a house with someone else would have been as easy and straightforward as it was with Kristen. I cannot recommend her enough for someone in a similar situation - if we ever purchase again, I know where we will be going!

Kristen is as good as they come in the Mortgage industry. Over the years, we have entrusted her with many of our clients. She always take excellent care of them. She is fantastic at handling those little surprises that sometimes pop-up during a transaction and gets it closed on time.
