Excellent salon!!!!! I walked in without an appointment, and Juan Carlos graciously took me in despite having another client he had to push back an extra half hour for me. He transformed my long, boring hair into that sassy Victoria Beckham look. I LOVE IT. You should really trust his creative capacity, but he is also very accommodating to your needs. Great hair stylist, wonderful customer service, fantastic prices. Will come back here in a heartbeat.

I wouldn't recommend going to this salon. I had a generous $300 gift card given to me by a family member and planned to use it for my wedding hair. When I called and made an appointment, Camillia assured me that she would accept anything with the studio's name on it. So only after doing my hair (and my mom's!), she looked at the gift card and surprisingly said she couldn't use it because it was under the other stylist's name. It was beyond confusing and disappointing because the stylist and the studio have the SAME NAME. So much for accepting anything with the studio's name on it... If you're looking for the best place to get a haircut in Uptown/ DFW area, go to Juan Carlos Studio. Juan Carlos and his staff are extremely friendly, professional, they will make you feel right at home. The salon is always clean, well organized and most important inviting for any new customer. Best place ever.
