Knowledgeable cleaners who do a wonderful job. The one time they messed up they fixed the issue right away without me even having to ask.We drive 15 minutes just to come to this location, Can’t recommend them enough.

Amazing customer service! I recently moved and chose J’s because it’s close and had great reviews. Brought in a bunch of sweaters, wool coat, and a couple of button-ups. They did a great job with all my clothes. During pick-up, they realized as a part of their own process (I probably would not have noticed until I got home) that one of my items had fallen off its hanger while on the revolving rack. Within a couple minutes, David had laid out what likely happened, how they would fix it, and what steps they were taking to make it right.
