I have been training with Gavin and very happy with his personal training approach. He is extremely reliable and punctual, always set up and ready to start training ahead of time. He is very honest and knowledgeable, gives good advices on how we should consume our daily food. I also like how he tracks my food intake with fitness apps. I would highly recommend him!

I sought out Gavin as a personal trainer to help motivate me back to exercising. My goal was to regain my muscle tone and my strength. In a short time, I can feel and see the difference in both my attitude toward exercise and the changes in my muscle tone. I am stronger both mentally and physically.Gavin takes a practical approach to fitness. It is not a one size fits all but rather he works with you to accomplish your individual goals.

I was trying to get into strength training but wasn’t really sure how to start, so I started to work with Gavin. Gavin has been incredibly easy to work with and he is also great at what he does! I started feeling like I was gaining more strength and more at ease using strength training equipment when I go to a gym by myself after about a month of working with Gavin. His gym is really nice and clean too! Would highly recommend reaching out if anyone wants to start strength training or just get healthier in general!
