Sheldon very graciously took me on as a client during Christmas and I recently had hip surgery in May. I have been to several rehabilitation clinics in San Angelo with no luck of making as much progress as I would like. 3 sessions with Sheldon and I already see and feel a HUGE difference and he is helping me with other issues like my shoulder that I have had in the past. I can not believe how much I have improved and wish I could take him back home with me to San Angelo to continue my progression of getting myself back! I would highly recommend seeing Sheldon!!
I have had serious hip pain for more than a year, and after eight weeks working with Sheldon, I have had great results and increased mobility. Sheldon provided excellent exercises i can do anywhere without equipment, and he even provided a spreadsheet with links to Vimeo videos to jog my memory about what to do. I really appreciate his excellent customer service, as well as the little extras. He does go above and beyond! I will keep working with Sheldon, and i wish i had started much sooner than i did.
We can't say enough good things about Sheldon! His knowledge, kindness, and dedication to help are exceptional! We were visiting from out of town and our son was injured in a tournament. Sheldon worked with our son to allow him to get back on the court quickly, and provided a detailed plan to overcome his injury. We are so thankful that we met Sheldon!
