Sheldon very graciously took me on as a client during Christmas and I recently had hip surgery in May. I have been to several rehabilitation clinics in San Angelo with no luck of making as much progress as I would like. 3 sessions with Sheldon and I already see and feel a HUGE difference and he is helping me with other issues like my shoulder that I have had in the past. I can not believe how much I have improved and wish I could take him back home with me to San Angelo to continue my progression of getting myself back! I would highly recommend seeing Sheldon!!
I know the owner. He is a great guy and is an expert in wellness. He will take the time to listen to you. He will assess your strengths and weaknesses. He will get you on a program that will benefit you. I highly recommend Human Function and Performance.
