Home Helpers has proven to be a great partner with out family.We (my siblings and me) live out of state, and with that comes great challenges managing my father’s healthcare and welfare.The owners Scott and Amber are collaborative with us to ensure my father is receiving quality 24/7 care.In fact, they go above and beyond to ensure the safety of my dad.Scott, one of the owners, is particularly very hands on. After a major operation I hired Home Helpers of Dallas to help me, as I live alone and new I couldn’t manage on my own.They were absolutely fantastic. From my initial meeting with Veronica and the helpers, the service and care was excellent.My helper and Veronica arrived literally the moment I got home from the hospital.I can never praise Loxanna my helper during the week, she was amazing. She cooked the most delicious meals, cleaned my house, did my laundry, even cleaned out my closet and organized my clothes and my pantry, took me to run errands, I am so grateful to her for helping me, I couldn’t have done anything during this 3 weeks without her help and care.The...read full review

My caregiver Chloe M is always here promptly at 10 AM. She knows what needs to be done and she keeps me on track for my pills and showers. She always makes my bed as soon as she arrives. She is good company; I learn a lot from her and we share experiences.
