Jennifer and her staff were wonderful. They took such good care of my mom and stepdad. Jennifer would stop by the hospital to check on Hal, my stepdad, just to talk to him and make sure everything was being done and he was being well cared for. She also was in touch everyday with the caregivers. I can't say enough good things about her and all of the ladies who worked with my Mom. Hal passed away the end of January and Jennifer was so kind and caring. They were all wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone living in that area. We moved Mom out to Frisco, to be closer to my brother and myself, and sadly, Jennifer and her team do not serve this far out. We loved... read full review
We did a very thorough review of about nine different home care companies in North Dallas before selecting Home Care Assistance. They have not disappointed us. Their staff commitment, and supervision his first class.
My experience working with Home Care assistant is been very good. Everyone in the office is so nice and very flexible and understanding, they truly value their employees. The Client care Director i’m working with is been so great with everything.
