I was charged for trimming 3 trees. Holcomb only trimmed 2 of them. Tony said he would come by on Monday to see the tree that wasn’t trimmed. He never came by until I called again on Wednesday. They finally came out and trimmed my 3rd tree. I was very unhappy with their service. I have been a customer for over 25 years. I feel I was lied to.
I have used Holcomb Tree Service for a number of years and did so again recently. The crew assigned was friendly, professional, experienced and did a terrific job trimming several trees on my property. I highly recommend this company when you have a need for the services they offer.
Tony came out and explained the issues of our trees, and what could be done to help. Nate and his helper seemed to be very thorough in the work that was to be done and then explained that to us.
