Also: a big company that advertises a lot and sends mailers and has high technician turnover told me a couple years ago that my problem would be this item and it would cost thousands. Happel found it was a smaller, simpler problem that they fixed on the first visit for so much less.
I will DEFINITELY be using them for any future needs.

On one of the hottest days! Our compressor went out so I sent pictures and all the information I could find. Rick Happel showed up with parts and had us back up and running in under an hour!
