Everyone here is AMAZING!! I love that they don’t rush you and they definitely let you take your time! They were very patient through the process. The whole place was immaculate and had great vibes! I definitely plan to go back for my next tattoo and would highly recommend 405 ink for all your needs!
I had an appointment Saturday (3/12/22) at 2 with an artist that I will not name but was very disappointed in the customer service as a whole. I showed up at 1:15-1:30 for my appointment because I drove 2 hours to make it into Dallas… once I signed in and filled out wavier, my assigned artist who I had an appointment with came up and told me she had a walk in that she just took and she would put me with another artist. At 2:15 I went back up to the checkin desk to see when I would get started since we were now 15 past the start of my appointment and I might include that I paid a down deposit before walking into the tattoo shop!
