HORRIBLE HOSTILE EMPLOYEE WORKING HERE!!!!! SO i walk-in theres no one waiting so i sit and get my eyebrows and lip threaded. Cool lets pay.... I give the girl my card she charges me and gives me back my card then processeds to tell me oh i need to run your card again. Cool lets do it. Ohhh no the server is down i waited patiently for 4 5 mins shes like do u have cashapp zelle or cash im like no thats why i gave you my card.then tells me lemme go next door. Im like ok and comes back and said no they cant do it for me (obviously its a completely different business your now trying to charge my card for.now shes like lets go to your job. And let me spent $19.00 of stuff then i said hell no mam. Call your boss!! And she wouldn't.Anyways im now running late to work bcuz of this but im cool and collected. Now it starts shes like i cant let u leave with out paying. Im like look i live right here let me go grab some cash cuz theres no atm nearby and shes likes no i dont trust u i want u to leave ur id phone and purse im like nooo mam thats not going to happen. Lets figure something else out.bcuz i dont know you or trust u with my personals. We go back and forth for 4 mins and she walks to her purse grabs her keys and says lets go im going with u to ur house!!! Mam what??? Ive never heard of such bs. I assured her id be right back. she is now not allowing me to leave the store shes shuffling me to the side making sure i cant even grab the door knob. At this point i am livid mam move and nope she wouldn't i told her call ur boss or the police now ur harassing me now and holding me against my will. Im 32 yrs old ive never felt as mad as i was then.so finally she lets me go. I run home see that my card was charged $19.00 for the treading. Ohhh im beyond upset now i come back to tell her it went thru and u accused me of not wanting to pay or even yet wanting me to leave my belongings. Someone i dont know or anything. Now shes like i didnt know you or trust u. I didnt see it was approved im like isnt that ur job to make sure payments are being received?! I told u the screen said approved but u didnt believe me or ur system.She then comes outside to yell at me about this.after its been proven i made the payment first time. She thought coming outside and yelling would get her points she was wrong i can yell even louder and now its not about the glamorous business its now her having an issue about the fact she messed up. I demanded my money back.i will be pressing charges for harassment and whatever else the officer tells me is needed like assault since she point her hands on me. I will never be coming back to this location. Shes rude disrespectful refused to obey orders to call her boss to inform her of what was happening. Not cool. Not professional at all.. This happened today feb 6 2024 around 11 am lady is in picture!!!
