This year I’ve had to take my Freightliner Cascadia 2018 to the dealer for DEF related issues since I purchased it on 2022 ( boy is it a pain) but I just would like to give this gentleman some credit ( Mr Ballance) SCM I informed him on the issue that I am having w/ my Truck , he then took over ..What a Very professional person, We need people like you at Every dealership…Thank you Sir
