Flower Boom Dallas did not disappoint! Not only was the flower arrangement beautiful, but the communication was above and beyond. I would 100% recommend and be ordering again in the near future.
I contacted Flower Bloom Dallas only hours before my Grandmother's birthday dinner to request an ombre arrangement. My brother, who after his tours in the U.S. Military decided to live in Washington DC, was charged with the task of delivering the arrangement to my Grandmother at dinner as part of his surprise visit of coming home to Dallas. Flower Boom Dallas made the process extremely easy by staying in constant communication with us to make sure all of the details in our request were fulfilled, and even delivered the Flower arrangement to my brother's hotel at a designated time which was agreed to by all parties in advance. It was a hands down, AMAZING customer service. From start to finish it was easy and so attentive. I have never dealt with a flower shop this great and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all my freinds and co-workers. They deserve more than 5 stars! Plus the arrangement are beautiful.
