The service department fixed my issue, but in the process, they off ripped my glove box off from the hinges. They just left the glove box just lying on the floorboard. Had to go back and tell the service advisor about it. They had to order another one, which took weeks to get. The service advisor said she called me, but my caller ID says differently and didn't leave a message. Nice place, lots of vehicles.
Five Star has earned All Five Stars I intentionally waited to write this review as this is regarding the purchase of a used vehicle as well as having a major service. This will be detailed with several experiences and a clear explanation for the 5 star rating. If you're a decent person, you know that the car buying process is not the most enjoyable thing to do usually because there are so many games and haggling tactics involved.
