I started training with Steve just about a year ago and have already noticed a significant improvement in energy levels, sleep, and body. I came to gain muscle and live a healthier lifestyle and that’s exactly what I’ve received plus MORE! STEVE HESS is a ROCK STAR TRAINER! I am entering my 60th trip around the sun. He has taken me and made me stronger with the ability to not even consider my physical age, but to embrace the age/health of my body.When I came to him, I was hobbling on my knee…thinking I would have to have knee surgery AGAIN….for the third time.
