We spoke on the phone & she asked questions about my medical history, as well as my expectations. Casey asked for a picture of my eyebrows as well to get an idea of what my eyebrows looked like. Casey did the ombre method on me, as I'm fair complected. The first session Casey took time to draw an outline carefully to ensure the brows were even & complimented my face.
