I deliberated whether to post this or not because I do not wish ill will on anybody. The owner (oriental man) told me that he was too busy to help me when I asked a question about his Ebin lipsticks. I'm not sure why, as I'm a very pleasant person. He was in a hurry and disregarded me as as paying customer. I will not be returning to his store because of his disrespect.

I recently bought a plug in hot comb & never used it, when I was getting ready to use it, it wouldn’t come on so I called this beauty supply & the woman answered the phone & said that I could bring the hot comb up there cause she wanted to see what was wrong with it, once I arrived she plugged it in & saw that it didn’t work, she grabs another plug in hot comb & tried to sell it to me for FULL PRICE‼️ I kept telling her that I never used the previous hot comb & she finally after arguing with me for over 10mins decides to sell it to me for $5.
