First off this place is permanently closed! My appointment for hair coloring was supposed to be at 1 pm then Kelly the owner was "running late" so it got postponed until 3 pm. Then I came back then she called and said 3:30 pm because of her relocating her home. Waited until 3:45 pm then went home! She then called me while I was at home then told invited me back. When I came back she was performing a manicure and with 3 other clients! I had an appointment and then when she had finally got around to me it took 5 hours for my hair to turn from black to red... I booked an appointment through the online portal when I showed up the spot was closed. After calling the number I was informed that I would have to wait at least 45 mins for someone to come and service the appointment I booked. Don’t trust their website or Google links to book.

Made an appointment with Kelly over the phone. Showed up at the time we agreed to. She called and said she was running 30 minutes late. I was really confused at why she didn't reschedule or cancel before I had driven out and was sitting waiting. I wanted to give her a second chance so I rescheduled with her at 2:00 the same day. Tell me why when I showed up at 2 the studio was locked and no one was in there. Waited 5 minutes and still nothing. I'm not gonna wait outside for you in the heat after youv already been late once. Just really surprised at the audacity honestly. Really had me driving out twice and not being there either time. If you're gonna be late a text or call a little beforehand would be nice. Gave 2stars because she did sound nice.
