Ross is the owner of Emmett Plumbing. I called him on Wednesday in the middle of Snowmageddon (Feb 2021) here in Dallas. He said he probably won't be able to get to our house until Monday or Tuesday. I said that's okay, please put us on your schedule. With much surprise and delight he called us Saturday around lunchtime and asked if we still needed help. I said, yes. He came by, allowed us to help, and educated us along the way. We loved his anecdotes about life and plumbing. What a swell man! We enjoyed his presence and service.
