Ross is the owner of Emmett Plumbing. I called him on Wednesday in the middle of Snowmageddon (Feb 2021) here in Dallas. He said he probably won't be able to get to our house until Monday or Tuesday. I said that's okay, please put us on your schedule. With much surprise and delight he called us Saturday around lunchtime and asked if we still needed help. I said, yes. He came by, allowed us to help, and educated us along the way. We loved his anecdotes about life and plumbing. What a swell man! We enjoyed his presence and service. He also was kind enough to look at our next door neighbor's plumbing without an appointment. We are grateful for Ross, please give him a call with your plumbing needs.
