My experience with Ellis air was great which is why I’m writing this review something I never do. The best part about it was the price, speed, and service were all great. They came after my furnace stopped working they diagnosed the problem while they were there, had me a price to fix it and a day scheduled to come fix it all before they left. Sammy and Dusty showed up to do the install on time and knocked it out. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned the areas they were working so well I felt like I needed to clean the rest of the house once they were finished it looked better then when they got here. Dickie (service technician) was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Dickie did not leave until the AC unit was fixed. He explained the situation and and explained the repairs he had to make to fix the unit. Customer service was great from the time I called to make the appointment until the job was complete. I would use the Ellis Air team again and would request Dickie to do the job.Services: A/C system maintenance
