My daughter and I received facials from Sophia yesterday and it was a wonderful experience! She walked us through our skincare routines and helped us assess some things about our skin while giving us a wonderful facial! I would highly recommend!
I have been working out with Shawn for the past year through our corporate wellness program and the experience has been incredible!I used to work out because I had to but now I work out because I want and it’s all thanks to Shawn! Every workout is different and incredibly thoughtful, making it both an enjoyable and rewarding experience! Even in a class setting, he makes sure that everyone gets individualized attention so they can get the most out of the sessions. His positivity and encouragement can make anyone believe they can do it! I have attended corporate fitness classes with Shawn for the past 5 years. With the thought he puts into planning the circuits (eg, variety, supersets), the energy he brings to the class, the just-right balance of encouraging vs pushing he finds for each student--Shawn is truly great at what he does! He knows how to coach for any fitness level, and I can say, from my experience, that results will be had for anyone willing to put in the work. I give Shawn a wholehearted 5 stars!
