ElevateFitness is my favorite personal trainer/gym I’ve ever used. Every trainer is excellent and gives me their undivided attention. And they are very detail oriented. From the moment you sign up, Stepheny the owner, collects data to benefit your overall health goals completely. She sets up a plan that will make you healthier and target the areas you have the most concerns with in your health and fitness wants. This place is amazing! I have had personal trainers before and have done the group class thing and have tried to work out solo and I have never had results like I have had coming here. I need the structure that a personal trainer provides. They are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and goal-oriented. They took my measurements and asked me where I wanted to be/go with my fitness journey and motivate me to check back in/be accountable to my goals. I joined Elevate after finishing the basic rehab after a knee replacement. Stephany and everyone at Elevate are very personable and Very Very professional. Your workout is created and tailored for you. They are knowledgeable and passionate about their work. You may leave the gym tired or exhausted but by God you had fun doing it.
