Sunny helped me buy a house a in McKinney on the border of Frisco. Was a complete Rockstar to deal with in the negotiation process especially for a hot market. Advised me several times not to buy. Very rare in this market. Negotiated a NEW ROOF! without even telling me until we got to closing. 1000% Awesome.
