I've been going here around a year and have had 6 treatments so far and can see significant fading in my tattoos. Hugh and Iliana are honest and flexible with my schedule. They are just aggressive enough to get results but not damage the skin. My tattoos are relatively new (less than 3 years) and even though newer tattoos tend to be more stubborn, they're getting the job done. They're very reasonably priced and you pay per session, unlike with other companies. Like other reviewers said, it's not a fancy place but they're honest, well-priced, and get the job done in a very clean work area. They also have occasional specials. Last summer they ran a special for buy 3 get the 4th treatment free and even though I wasn't a new customer and had been coming for a couple months they allowed me to get it. When I mentioned to Hugh how most companies only offer specials to new customers his comment was simply that he's in the business of helping people. And he really is! As long as you're realistic with your expectations and do the aftercare in between visits, they'll take care of you.
Very friendly, educational staff. Wish I was here on better circumstances, but thankful someone is available to safely and effectively remove the tattoo I mistakenly got. 😁
