UPDATE! Happy to report back and say that I am impressed with how quickly and professionally my issue was resolved. The owner reached out directly and said the shop is under new management and assured me that he would rectify the situation. I understand that issues arise but what's most important is the integrity of a business. Thank you Dallas Tailor's & Dry Cleaning for providing stellar customer service.

I recently used Dallas Tailors & Dry Cleaning for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. Nice and knowledgeable staff. They got out a couple stains that even I didn't think was coming out. I highly recommend this place!

I needed same day repair on a dress for a special event and the owner accommodated me. The alteration was excellent and repaired to perfection. She also explained how to avoid the stretching of the delicate lace in the future. I am extremely pleased with her work and service! Thank you‼
