I first met Steve several months ago, seeking help with hip problems that got worse every time my training volume increased. I've just returned from running the Eugene marathon: I was happy with the run, but just as importantly, with Steve's help, I've been pain free. The exercises have really worked! I'm sure that just continuing with the routine Steve put together for me is my prescription to stay healthy enough to enjoy running for a long time to come!

I hurt my knee running years ago and dropped the sport. When I picked it back up mid last year I needed to do something injury prevention related or knew my knee issues would flare back up. So I signed up for the running analysis. Steve gave me a few simple tools that I quickly implemented and have been slowly upping my mileage with no issues since. After realizing how helpful he was, I started working with Steve as a running coach for an upcoming half marathon and full marathon. I destroyed my half marathon PR and look forward to continuing our work in prep for the full later this year!Thanks Steve!

After several months of chronic pain on my IT band I had almost given up running, after searching for running biomechanics PT, I found Steve and his Dallas Run Clinic. In just one session Steve identified what was wrong with my posture and running mechanics and designed a progressive program to strengthen my hip and improve my running form. I´ve been pain free ever since.
