Dallas Healthcare for Children is a friendly clinic where families feel comfortable bringing their children. The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, addressing health issues effectively. Although there may be some waiting time, the staff provides good service, and the clinic offers toys, movies, and an on-site pharmacy to help distract kids. Many families have trusted this clinic for years and appreciate the caring environment.
Took our 2 week old baby in today for a visit and we were able to be seen within 10 min. of waiting. We made an appointment about 6 days before and had no issues. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.
I found this clinic when I moved over here about 3 years ago now. I have 5 kids and I am beyond grateful I found this pediatrician. There is normally a wait yes but that’s normal with any clinic. Sometimes it’s 10 minutes sometimes it’s 30 but I have never been disrespected. I love that they have a pharmacy on site. She is lovely. Dr. McCall is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and always answers any and all questions. I love the overall clinic because it’s decorated so kid friendly. The only thing they could work on is the waiting time.
I bring both of my daughters & I honestly love it here. There is a bit of a wait but thats normal for any clinic. My props are for the main doctor, we love her! She is so knowledgable and she wont waste your time when she does come in. If you need any kind of help figuring things out, shell take you step by step.
