My experience at Dallas Eyes Now was great! The staff were so kind. I accidentally left my wallet at home and they allowed me to pay over the phone once I got home. I thought that was so nice and accommodating. Dr. Abraham was cool and he walked me through everything with my new prescription and contacts. I’ll be returning to them every year for my eye exam.
I was able to get in for a walk in appointment. The staff is professional and very friendly. Dr. Trinh was amazing. She took the time to make sure I was set up with the right prescription. The best eye exam experience I have ever had!
I visited the Northpark location on Friday to be tested for Univision contacts. I was greeted by a gracious and delightful associate, Ms. Ella. Ella could not have been more helpful and professional. She ushered me through a couple of beginning tests, listened carefully to my needs and concerns, and then turned me over to Dr. Trinh for my scheduled appointment. I likewise can't say enough about Dr. Trinh's professionalism, knowledge and patient focus. After many thorough tests, Dr. T prescribed contact lenses and gave me a long lesson on how to wear and care for them.
