Dr. Gentry and the entire staff were accommodating, supportive and overall just incredible during a hard moment for my family when we lost our cat Jasper last night. I cannot thank them enough. 10/10 service and care without breaking the bank.
I regretfully needed their help yesterday when my dogs got into a fight, one was very severely injured. I found every single staff member helpful, kind, and respectful. They were very honest and upfront about costs of care, and price was appropriate and proportionate to the care provided. The compassion and support was amazing, even though the outcome was sad.
