Raz contacted me right away to follow up on my Yelp inquiry, and was out here in about 20 minutes to duplicate keys for me (self service kiosks made bum keys). Raz explained that the type of lock we have on our front door is high enough quality to be difficult to duplicate at a kiosk, and was able to help me out even though I stupidly lost the key between the time he called me and he arrived. He was very friendly and professional, and even managed to find a way to make new keys without having to replace the cylinder. Would absolutely recommend!

On his visit, he assessed the situation and got to work. Once finished, I inspected and found everything perfectly done. Raz's honesty, promptness, and willingness to work on Christmas Eve impressed me. I highly recommend them for their expertise in rekeying, a skill many other services tend to overlook in favor of just replacing locks. He didn't bait and switch me, on cost. This is now my preferred choice for any lock-related needs.
