Been coming to Craftsman cleaners for over 20 years & although it's changed ownership less than a handful of times over those 20 years? It's always the same caring & concerted type of owner that assumes the reigns.They've cleaned & fixed my wife's Blue-Fox Für coats, they've done custom down feather zipper installations on pillow casings for me, they've done miracles.Not only can do but a will do attitude.And I don't know who "Mary" is Who apparently calls people up at 7:00AM in the morning & leaves nasty messages about not unbuttoning shirts because I've never met anyone that's been anything but very nice, courteous, & conscientious at Craftsman cleaners.Anyways I recommend...read full review

Nice small business, family owned. I needed an alteration done to a skort, (putting in a zipper on the side) and had no idea where to go. I usually just do my own small alterations. But, the fabric had me a little intimidated. So, I walk on over to Craftsman Cleaners and ask if they do that. Woman was very friendly and said it should be no problem. The owner will be in tomorrow and can confirm. He was indeed and he did indeed; very nice man. I was worried since I never got a price but, it was SO CHEAP. Which could be awesome or could be dreadful. When I saw the skort though, I was even more blown away. Only $12 for a perfect job! Looks like I bought it from the store...read full review
