WOW! Lisa was INCREDIBLE! She was very knowledgeable, informative, personable and patient with her class! She made it a personal experience acknowledging each of us and making us laugh. She 1000% knew she what she was talking about and was confident with every word she spoke, and though I have no doubts, this gave me the confidence as a trainee, to trust and follow her lead which is not only important, but speaks to her professionalism and character! I would absolutely take her class again, and I left feeling so refreshed, with a new skillset thanks to her, proud of myself and excited to take her class again! Shoutout to LISA!

Wendy is the best! I’ve been going to this studio since it opened and Wendy is one of the few original instructors and one of the best ones. I keep scheduling her classes because of her knowledge and also because she cares about us and makes the class fun!!!

Excellent run studio with dedicated teachers. The teachers meet the individual exactly where they are, in a meaningful way. Outstanding experience every time. Pam is fabulous ‼️
