Our AC just went out. At 8pm, our landlord called Climate tech. At 9pm our Tech and his helper(his daughter) showed up. Really professional, they explained what was wrong with it... it's 40 years old and had shorted out. They replaced a few parts and we were up and cooling off in an hour. We can't recommend this company enough!!!! Family business' are the best!
We have used Climate Tech multiple times through the years for repairs & to install a new system. We have never had a negative experience. Each time they have been knowledgeable & very professional. A few years back our air conditioner went out on July 4th. Someone was at our door just before it was time for fireworks. We agreed that he would come back after the show so everyone could be with family to watch fireworks. He came back like he said he would & worked for hours fixing the issue deep into the night.
