The family refrigeration and cold storage business was hammered by hail, our insurance company was being really difficult to work with - dragging their feet, refusing to pay for a large portion of the damage - was a nightmare. My whole family was nervous, frustrated, scared, and from day one of engaging Citizens, we felt in control - finally someone on our side. That's when made the call to Citizens best thing we could have done. Blake and the rest of team were "all over it". Straight-shooters, know all the tricks, tactics, moves the insurance company had pulled, and cut right through all of them - didn't take no for an answer. The end result: got done in a month what we'd been trying to do for 6 months, and the full claim paid.
