Last week was our 3rd time in the ER, infant with fever and then our 2 year old had to get hand surgery, and the staff is always amazing! People are ridiculous and give this place 2 stars for billing. Stuff. That’s not the care teams fault. We have boys, so unfortunately I just know that will not be our last time at the ER Thank you Children’s !!!
We had amazing experience here, at the emergency room, the hospital and the specialty clinics. We were seen instantly at the ER, there was an army of staff tending to my son and he got treatment right away and since we had to be admitted for several days, the nurses, doctors and techs were beyond wonderful. All caring, patient, focused and professional. They tried to make him feel as much comfortable as possible, they were always available for us, food was good, facilities very clean. Everything was running smoothly and cohesevly (we were staying at the pulmology dept.) It surprises me if they wouldn't respect every child's special needs. There were a few rooms... read full review
My son received surgery here with DR. MITCHELL and he was not only Quick but Very Informative! We had MRS. TANIYA in the recovery area, and she was amazing!! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. 10 stars for me!!
