I got a referral to here over 3 weeks ago. I have left three voicemails, called countless times, waited on hold twice for over 20 minutes, and still no reply. It is incredibly frustrating. I would not waste my time trying to go through this organization.

My son is having developmental issues, they received my referral December 13th. I called yesterday and spoke to someone also it was so hard to get someone in the phone from this clinic, they told me it can take up to 9 months to get an appointment. Why can’t it be sooner? There is a reason why I’m getting sent to this specific clinic, my child is having developmental issues and is not getting the help sooner to prevent more issues. I will looking in to finding other specialist.

My child’s doctor sent a referral to children’s developmental behavioral 4 months ago and said they will be calling me back in a week. After several weeks passed with no call back I tried calling over and over and could never reach anyone. One day I called the phone rang literally for an entire hour while i waited, only for them to disconnect my call after all that. Here I am 4 months later and they never called me back. My child desperately needed help when her dr wrote the referral and now the problems have only increased in severity.
