Run away! Door to door pyramid scheme. Zero work life balance. You would start at 7:30 am and feel lucky if you can leave at 9 pm because they will force you to join their team events at least 3 nights a week. Zero transparency from the management. Terrible paychecks even though you spend 11 hours in the field knocking doors. Oh they will make you come on Saturdays too. They don’t compensate anything. Cult type of work environment. It is just the worst thing ever. You will be drained emotionally and physically.
