Outstanding quality and customer service above and beyond measure! My brother’s casket was absolutely beautiful and the service and care we received was impeccable! Please let me say a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Barbara and her team for the amazing ministry that they have! They truly look out for the families that they serve! The HEART that they have, to do what they do, is amazing, truly a testament to God’s hand at work in their business! I pray God continues to bless this ministry so that Barbara and her team may continue to serve other families.

I've known about the Casket Store for years, and it was always the butt of jokes due to its location next to a deli. Little did I know that after all these years, I would find myself reaching out to them for help during one of the most challenging times of my life. My mother had recently passed away, and the rush of planning her funeral arrangements was overwhelming. After a sleepless night, I realized that there was a significant price gap in the quotes I got. That's when I remembered the Casket Store and decided to swing by to check their prices. Little did I know that I could source my own casket instead of the one sold at the funeral home. When I arrived, Barbara was on-site, and I immediately felt a sense of relief. I shared my story with her, explaining that my mother had passed less than 24 hours ago, and Barbara took me under her wing. She told me that my mother had sent me to her, and there was something spiritual about that moment.I truly believe that some guiding force led me to her doorstep. I brought in all the paperwork I had, and Barbara meticulously reviewed it with me, line by line, to ensure that the funeral homes were not taking advantage of my vulnerable state. In the end, she recommended one of the places that had fair pricing and advised me to go with them. What's remarkable is that Barbara didn't try to sell me anything, and I didn't even purchase anything from her store. I will say that her prices were VERY reasonable and I would buy from them without question. I was immensely grateful for finding her during this difficult time. She exhibited empathy, and understanding, and made sense of the mess I was going through. Her insight and expertise were invaluable, and she genuinely cared about helping me navigate this challenging period.I am forever grateful for her guidance and support. She turned a daunting and emotionally charged situation into one where I felt heard, understood, and empowered to make the right decisions for my mother's farewell. If you find yourself in a similar situation, do yourself a favor and seek out Barbara at the Casket Store. She's a guiding light in times of need.
