CareNow Urgent Care - Oak Lawn provides efficient service, with patients seen quickly and treated with kindness and attention. The team is so helpful and the customer service is exceptional. The medical staff, including doctors and nurses, are attentive, caring, and compassionate. The clinic is clean and well-maintained. The receptionist is incredibly welcoming and kind, helping with all needs and answering questions. The doctors are quick, knowledgeable, and take the time to listen to concerns. Overall the clinic provides a positive and pleasant experience, making it one of the best urgent care centers visited.
Amazing doctor and staff!! I got to see Dr Kim and she is a very sweet, supportive, kind, and genuine doctor. Very smart and helped me with my visit today. Will come back if ever needed
I recently visited CarNow because my primary physician recommended it, suggesting they could provide lab results faster — within 2–3 days instead of the 3–4 days my regular doctor’s office usually takes. However, it’s now been 5 days, and I still haven’t received my lab results.
I also chose CarNow because of their advertised online scheduling system, which is supposed to notify patients when it’s time to come in to avoid long waiting times. I received a text saying I was next and the doctor would see me in 15 minutes, but after arriving, I still waited about 45 minutes before being seen.

I visited to get medical treatment for a car accident and the staff here was very polite and helpful. I had to call the VA to activate my urgent care benefits, and they gave me a phone number that helped me save two hours on hold. I just like going to the doctor and don’t like to complain. I really didn’t want to go to the urgent care but after visiting I’m very glad I chose this location. Austin, liizia, Julia, and Joslyn are amazing!
