My visit on Sunday was easy to book on line; timely--had to wait about 10 minutes beyond scheduled appointment time; and they have retained past records. I hadn't been there for four years, so to update their records they offered pen and paper or one could do it via a link sent to my phone. The registration clerk was cheerful and polite. Michelle, the nurse and Deepa, the P.A. were very knowledgeable, kind and efficient. They are good listeners and focused on the patient. Thank you all for my Top Notch treatment.
The facility was clean, and the staff was very friendly and professional.
I was treated for a head cold, and was given 2 prescriptions to pick up.
In and out in 30 minutes, very pleased.
