Germaine came to remove what I thought was a live rat but turned out to be a live young squirrel that was under my china cabinet in my house. He was great!! He was very patient with the squirrel to coax him outside without hurting him. I really appreciated that. He was friendly, confident and professional about what needed to be done.I would request him in the future for any of my pest control needs. Job well done!

It seems that no matter who they send out to do the work, the quality of the job is excellent. Cade was equally professional and did the same quality work that James had been doing. So happy with the service! And the bugs no longer are a major issue.

James was very professional and did a fantastic job for us. He also answered questions we asked about other pests (snakes ) and gave some very good points. He was friendly, on time and we are very pleased to have him taking care of us and our property.
