Horrible service. Timeline given by contractor went over by one month. Original timeline for a kitchen and bathroom remodel was 4 weeks. Lanny the Owner was hard to contact, never kept his word, and prioritized other jobs over ours. our job entailed about 250-300 sq of a remodel and is on week 7 right now and almost 8. All material has been sitting in our condo with dust collecting on It. The sub contractors have been amazing but Lanny of Blue sky has been horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Blue sky contractors and Tom Kincaid, were contracted to repair leaks in our commercial metal building, the Longhorn Ballroom, and to replace shingles on a wooden building. We continue to have leaks in both buildings. The contractor has been notified over a dozen times of the specific leaks over the past six months. Even though they’ve acknowledged the leaks previously and attempted to make the repairs, they have not. Tom Kincaid Of Blue sky contractors now claims to have never been aware of those leaks and that they were not in the original scope of work. He now says that any additional work will be billed.
