I have been taking yoga classes from the BKS Iyengar Yoga Studio of Dallas since 2018. I think this is the best style of yoga practice for human beings' body, mind and soul. Well, it might take an average human being a while to discover that. This studio provides excellent yoga instruction both in the studio and online. Randy has a very direct teaching style. He sees the potential in every student and inspires each of us to reach a better version of poses than we think is possible. The Zoom classes are every bit as personal and challenging as the in-studio classes. If you’re looking for precise instruction, personal attention, and the foundation for a strong yoga practice, I recommend the BKS Iyengar Yoga Studio.

Randy is the best Yoga Teacher and an even better human being. I feel blessed to have been introduced to his classes. He is extremely knowledgeable, wise, witty and detail-oriented. I take zoom classes, he is very observant and pays great attention to each and every student (online / offline). He takes the yoga practice very seriously and makes sure everyone feels comfortable in the class. He will tailor the poses for students if required and will make sure every student will feel included in the pose.
