Had an AMAZING experience at Bear creek today ! Met this amazing manager named CHRIS , such a great guy he helped me with my paperwork and after gave me a motorcycle balloon ! Will Come Again!

Been here myself for some work which went well. Our first visit was for my daughter which we pleasant and very nice! I had never seen anything like this place in my years as a kid. Child dentistry is a lot nicer than what it used to be. This review is for our visit today. Didn't feel the same and the wait was long and drawn out. The staff has changed quite a bit and i don't recognize anybody from our previous visits. The upgrades and activities for kids is still a huge plus in my book but im kind of conflicted as to if we will be back based on what we experienced today.

I am beyond grateful to the Bear Creek Family Dentistry. First of all, I am terrible at keeping up with my busy schedule, consequently, I was running late for my 4 o clock and they called me to check and make sure everything was ok. I told them I was running late and thought I would have to reschedule but the receptionist told me it was no problem and that she would let the doctor know and that they would be waiting for me. Sure enough when I get there, they got me back fast and had everything ready to go. Even the Manager was walking around and made sure I had everything I needed. I was impressed on how clean the office was and was afraid it was just a "Kid's" dentist office but they are great for adults too. They accepted my dental insurance and the manager walked me through step by step on how my insurance worked, what they will pay and what I would pay out of pocket. I've never seen anyone actually show you and make you understand HOW those insurance companies work. So now I know I'm paying for what I want to do and how much I want to do, totally customizable plan. The only thing I did not like was that my deductible went up! Other than that, this place is the best dental practice and you need to go there right now. I highly recommend them.
