Great gym but from 5 am to 6-7 am theres a big group fitness class working out which is fine but they put all their stuff on the racks even when they arnt using it, so no one can use the racks because it seems like they are using it even though they are not, and theres is not a lot of racks in the gym so it gets backed up.
Also it would be nice if they were open later into the night.

The main reason I wrote this review is to say, whoever is choosing the music on 8/12/24 from 5am-6am is doing a great job. I get the feeling that this hour is free for all as far as music goes, and the employees play whatever they want. Sometimes it’s weird music. Other times its ok music that isn’t great to workout to. Today, its all hits and just a great workout playlist.
Otherwise, great gym. You get 4 stars bc your wifi is consistently trash. I don’t need wifi though if the music is always on point, like it is today.

Cowboys Fit is an incredible gym with outstanding customer service! They offer a wide range of recovery amenities, including cryotherapy, a swimming pool, a body scanner, an infrared sauna, and so much more. I really enjoy working out here and would highly recommend others join. They have various membership options that are month-to-month, so there's no long-term contract commitment. Overall, an excellent place to achieve your fitness goals!
