Baylor Scott & White Family Medicine - Uptown

The receptionists here are lovely, I am seen promptly (within 20 min of scheduled appointment)! I’ve seen a few doctors here and they are all helpful. In particular, Dr. Bouchard is efficient and knowledgeable and I no longer dread going to the doctor.

This office is amazing! The women at the front desk are friendly, my appointments are always on time, and the nurses and my doctor are helpful & take time to really listen. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!!

Dr. Kong has always been wonderful. I have seen several other doctors over the years and so have my family members. They have usually had nice front desk people. This new system where you speak to random people that are not in the office, where they are distracted by their children and barely doing their job will probably end up destroying the practice. They could care less if you get an appointment. The standard answer is 2 months. They certainly do not relay the correct information. Baylor's brilliant plan to save money is ridiculous. There is no way for them to actually triage a patient. 9 times out of 10 we just use urgent care.
