The receptionists here are lovely, I am seen promptly (within 20 min of scheduled appointment)! I’ve seen a few doctors here and they are all helpful. In particular, Dr. Bouchard is efficient and knowledgeable and I no longer dread going to the doctor.

This office is amazing! The women at the front desk are friendly, my appointments are always on time, and the nurses and my doctor are helpful & take time to really listen. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!!

Truly enjoyed my new patient experience at BSW Uptown. The front office staff had me checked in quickly as I completed the online forms prior to arrival. Dr Bouchard was attentive and thorough with my annual physical and concerns. The MA Nely was very sweet and helpful. Juanita the lab tech made my blood draw so easy. Overall, highly recommend them if you’re looking for a convenient and efficient PCP.
