We are so happy with how this company treated us. Our gate broke and they came to look at it quickly. They were honest in telling us it was a very minor issue, after another company said the entire arm needed to be replaced. Grateful!

Easily the best and most-professional experience I have ever had with a gate repair company.
Our gate arm’s mechanics were thrashed during the crazy storm after Memorial Day 2024, and Jeff and his team were available almost immediately to assist. Unfortunately we had to punt the appointment due to not having power for a week, which was oncors (ie; my) issue.
Power came back after what felt like an eternity (one week, I’m just still bitter), and Jeff was immediately scheduled.
Showed up on time, immediately diagnosed the issue, and then had to leave to pick up a specialized component. Most vendors would reschedule... read full review

For over 2 years, I've had a professional working connection with Automatic Gate & Repair Dallas . Their customer care team is always quick to respond to our clients' concerns and works hard to fix difficulties quickly. I highly recommend them
